✉️ Step-by-Step: Launching Your Custom Postcard Campaign

Follow these instructions to navigate the KW Command Campaigns app and set up your custom direct mailer.

1. Start a New Campaign

  • Log in to KW Command: Go to https://agent.kw.com.

  • Access Campaigns: Click on the Campaigns icon (the megaphone) in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select Direct Mail: Within the Campaigns dashboard, click on the Direct Mail tab at the top.

  • Create Campaign: Click the green Create Campaign button in the top right, and in the pop-up, select Direct Mail.

2. Name Your Campaign and Set Your Goal

  • Enter a Campaign Name: Use a clear title, like the property address (e.g., "4821 Willow Creek Direct Mail").

  • Select your campaign goal: Choose the relevant objective (the video uses Advertise Listing).

  • Click Create Campaign.

3. Upload Your Custom Content

This is where you integrate your professionally designed postcard!

  • The "Overview" section will be pre-filled with your campaign name.

  • In the Content section, click Upload a custom template.

  • Review Design Requirements: Scroll down to the "Design & file requirements" section to ensure your images meet the size and resolution standards (usually 300 DPI is required).

  • Upload Files: Click Browse under FRONT and BACK to upload your custom postcard images (JPEG or PDF files are typically accepted).

4. Verify Market Center Details

  • The Market Center information (including logo and address) will auto-fill based on your Keller Williams profile.

  • Verify and Edit: Ensure the correct Market Center Name is displayed and confirm or edit the full address details if necessary.

  • Click Verify Address and confirm the corrected address in the pop-up by clicking Confirm Address.

5. Define Your Targeting

Choose who will receive your beautiful custom postcard.

  • Choose a method: Select either Local Targeting (to send to a geographic area) or My Database (to send to contacts in your Command database).

  • Local Targeting Setup: If using Local Targeting, enter the target address, city, state, and zip code, and click Save.

6. Set Budget and Postage

  • In the Budget section, set the Quantity (number of postcards you want to send).

  • Select the desired Postage Class (Standard is generally cheaper and takes longer; First Class is faster).

  • Click Save.

7. Configure and Refine Your Audience

  • Click Configure Targeting in the top right corner.

  • Refine Audience: Use the filters on the left (Property Type, Bedrooms, Square Footage, Year Built, etc.) to narrow down the specific homes in the area that you want to target.

  • Confirm your postage class and optionally check the box to send a copy to the company address.

  • Click Next.

8. Final Review and Payment

  • Review Postcard Preview: Take a final look at the front and back previews of your custom postcard. Double-check all details—especially property information, contact details, and compliance disclosures.

  • Enter your payment information (Email, Card Number, Expiration, Security Code).

  • Click Make a Payment to complete the order.
