Big Automations, Big Impact: Recapping Our Zapier Workshops with Keller Williams

Agent Marketing Desk partnered with our local Keller Williams market centers to present one of our most practical and time-saving classes, Big Automations: Scale with Zapier. We hosted hands-on sessions at:
July 9 – KW Houston Central (Houston, TX)
July 30 – KW Signature (Katy, TX)
August 5 – KW Southwest (Sugar Land, TX)
Our goal was to help agents take back their time, cut through repetitive admin work, and put their business growth on autopilot.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a powerful automation platform that connects your apps and systems so they work together without manual input. Instead of moving information between tools by hand, you can create “Zaps,” which are automated workflows that run in the background. For real estate agents, this means leads can be added to your CRM, tagged, and followed up with instantly. It also means tasks like posting listings to social media or sending updates to clients can happen automatically, giving you more time to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
What We Covered
If you’ve ever felt like there aren’t enough hours in the day to follow up with leads, manage your CRM, send updates, and keep your marketing consistent, you’re not alone. When someone fills out a Buyer Questionnaire in Google Forms, Zapier can automatically:

That is an entire lead intake and follow-up process handled automatically.
